Your Role The Global Key Account Manager is responsible for attaining sales plan objectives and driving revenue and profit growth within the Americas OE market. This position is responsible for planning and managing all sales activities within the assigned market, providing business intelligence, and establishing clear goals, strategies and initiatives that enable CentroMotion to increase its market share with specific global customers.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead sales to develop and grow the customer base, implement CentroMotion strategies, and drive a high level of accountability within the assigned customer base.

Develop and implement tactics and long-term sales strategies geared toward greater market share and profitability.

Ensure global alignment of key accounts strategy and tactics.

Define and manage CentroMotion’s value proposition to the market, customers and industry including service, price, and product sales strategies.

Collaborate extensively with the Director of Sales on development and implementation of market, product, and customer strategies.

Continuously evaluate the timely adjustment of sales strategies and forecasts to meet changing market competitive conditions.

Execute LTA contracts as required.

Develop and maintain global key and strategic accounts, build executive-level relationships, and broaden networks of contacts at target customers.

Work with CentroMotion internal and external suppliers where customer interaction is needed to meet sales and business goals and enhance profitability.

Lead the review, analysis, and recommendation of new business opportunities and sales leads.

Follow sales process to provide technical proposals, generate competitive quotations, secure business awards, and ensure product introduction.

continuous intelligence on product performance, competitors, customer and dealer attitudes, latest problems, and opportunities.

Develop and maintain annual and running customer forecasts for financial, AOP, business, and operations planning purposes.

Own and manage demand signal flow from customer to CentroMotion and back to ensure capacity/demand balance, high OTD, and customer satisfaction.

Work extensively with other roles in sales, marketing, R&D, operations, and finance to meet or exceed customer expectations and reinforce a positive CentroMotion brand promise.

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree, Engineering or Technical degree preferred.

Minimum of 4–7 years of proven sales management & business development experience in technical sales or product management within manufacturing/industrial markets.

Direct experience with Caterpillar (E&T group preferred).

Proficient in ERP/MRP, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.

Excellent communicator with strong analytical abilities.

Strong interpersonal skills; able to manage deadlines.

Demonstrated effective leadership and people management skills.

Proficient in the sales process.

Ability to travel: 50%
