The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue and profit growth within the Hawk market. This position plans and manages all sales activities within the assigned market and provides business intelligence, goals, strategies and initiatives to increase market share in this strategic market. What You'll Be Doing

Lead sales to develop and sustainably grow the customer base, implement CBF strategies, support all regions on new opportunities, and drive accountability within CBF’s customer base. Develop and implement tactics and long-term sales strategies geared toward greater market share and profitability. Define and manage CBF’s value proposition to the market, including service, price and product sales strategies in collaboration with other CBF departments. Collaborate with the Senior Sales Manager/Sales Director on market, product, and customer strategies. Coordinate external market research, competitive benchmarking, and service data to identify opportunities. Adjust sales strategies and forecasts to changing market conditions. Develop and maintain strategic accounts and executive-level relationships with target customers. Lead review and analysis of new business opportunities and gather intelligence on products, competitors, and customer/dealer attitudes. Develop and maintain annual and running customer forecasts for financial, AOP, and operations planning. Provide clear, timely call reports based on customer communications. Own and manage demand signal flow from customer to CBF and back, ensuring capacity/demand balance, high on-time delivery (OTD) and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with sales, marketing, analytics, customer service, R&D, operations and finance to meet or exceed customer expectations and reinforce the CBF brand promise. Contribute to annual marketing plans and the operating budget to meet objectives. What You Need to Succeed

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales management and business development experience in technical sales or product management within manufacturing/industrial and the performance market. Bachelor’s degree; Engineering or Technical degree preferred. Excellent communication, strong analytical abilities, and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership and people management capabilities. Proficient in sales processes. Ability to travel: 50% What We Offer
