Account Manager

to help us build lasting client relationships and support long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for U.S.-based clients post-sale.

Onboard new clients and ensure seamless adoption of our services.

Monitor client satisfaction and manage ongoing communication.

Address and resolve client concerns with efficiency and care.

Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support upsell strategies.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Support teams.

Report regularly on account health and client feedback.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar client-facing roles.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience managing multiple client accounts with diverse needs.

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Background in industrial services or B2B solutions is a plus.
