What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Monitor and assess the quality of customer interactions across various business lines

Implement systems to track compliance with quality processes and call scoring

Drive projects to enhance processes, tools, and training for improved outcomes

Collaborate with sales and sales operations teams to ensure accountability in quality programs

Analyze data using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau to provide actionable insights

What is Required (Qualifications)

4+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, Quality, Management Consulting, or Program Management, preferably in a SaaS environment

Proven success in launching quality projects that enhance productivity and customer outcomes

Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data quickly

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders

Attention to detail and a strong focus on process improvement

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Gong and/or Salesforce

Project management or industry certifications, such as COPC or PMP
