What You Will Do
Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and professional communication in both Mandarin and English.
Assist in managing client accounts, tracking service performance, and resolving issues or escalations.
Support senior team in preparing reports, presentations, and client updates.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure client expectations are met.
Participate in client meetings and calls as needed to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of client interactions and account activity.
Translate documents and communications between Mandarin and English when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B client relationship management or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first attitude.
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
