Position Summary
The Sales Development Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of inbound SDRs and Outbound Specialty SDRs. The candidate will partner with Empower’s Sales and Marketing teams, internal and external stakeholders to drive prospecting, lead qualifying, and report on productivity and efficiency metrics that meet and drive Empower’s sales initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics focusing on lead follow up, calls, meetings set for sales reps, and opportunity collaboration with sales. Provide feedback for all direct reports on performance of KPIs. Support direct reports with any report needs out of Salesforce for identifying scheduled meetings and drop-ins for Field Sales visits with customers. Collaborate with Sales Development Manager on ideas for optimizing processes and improving efficiency. Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on campaign activities. Execute call, marketing and sales campaigns and help with reporting using meaningful, data enriched metrics. Monitor and supervise day-to-day activities and performance of direct reports. Approve/edit employee timecards and time off requests. Monitor and track sales and marketing campaigns to ensure all form fills meet cadence requirements. Perform audits on SDR meetings to ensure that both sales reps and sales development reps are meeting with the customers as scheduled. Assist Sales Development Manager with scheduled Call Coaching, Morning Huddles, and KPI 1 on 1’s. Performs other duties a assigned. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Employee must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time for consecutive days. Employee must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Excellent attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively (orally and in writing) with all levels of management. Excellent phone etiquette. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent organization, prioritization skills and the ability to multitask. Knowledge and experience with Salesforce CRM, and use of Salesforce reporting. Adaptive to change and deadlines.
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, healthcare, or any applied science preferred, plus 2-3 years of sales development experience. 2 years of supervisory experience preferred. Bilingual, preferred but not required.
