We are looking for self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who thrive without hand-holding.
Who We Are NOT Looking For:
Agents who need to make money desperately
Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads
Agents who require hand-holding at every step
Cheap agents selling policies for $30-$70/month
Uncoachable individuals with a large ego
Who We ARE Looking For:
Competent communicators who speak well and effectively
Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month)
Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA.
We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection, nor do we engage in low-premium policies.
All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom across the US.
Average agents spend $1,000-$1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000-$15,000 in premium.
We do not participate in lead assist programs.
We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
We are expanding and need more high-performing agents.
