POSITION SUMMARY
Develop long-term, co-creative relationships with new and existing customers. Develop and increase sales and profitability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop product calculations and quotes for new and existing products and customers on a timely basis.
Ability to evaluate customer specifications on quotes for product orders and provide consistent follow up.
Assist/Own the expedite order process for specific urgent orders.
Form relationships with new and existing customers.
Assist with project management and marketing materials with sales team.
Gather and communicate the details of each quote, including all specifications and tolerances.
Evaluate and answer customer technical questions and complaints.
Assist with quality related issues and returns and rework of products.
Develops understanding of manufacturing and support processes, including floor activities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or Engineering preferred.
Must be assertive, detail-oriented, ability to set priorities.
Ability to read blueprints and communicate with internal and external Engineers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have very strong interpersonal and customer skills.
Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
Must be comfortable in establishing new contacts.
Must be a team player.
Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Programs.
