Senior Pastor (Full-Time)
First Baptist Church in Monroe City, Missouri, is a mission‑minded church in Northeast Missouri seeking a FULL‑TIME SENIOR PASTOR. Monroe City is a community of approximately 2,700. Our church has an average Sunday School attendance of 85 and worship attendance of 125.
We are seeking a pastor who will adhere to the biblical principles of leaders as set forth in 1 Timothy 3:1‑7, and will provide biblically sound teaching and preaching, godly leadership for our congregation, and a willingness to make disciples.
Parsonage is available if desired or a housing allowance could be negotiated. Overall compensation package is $65,000 – $75,000.
