
Fulfillment Associate USA

As an Fulfillment Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. You will pick, pack, and process products with precision, contributing to our high standards of quality and efficiency in medical device distribution. The role involves manual handling, basic inventory tracking, and working with warehouse equipment in a clean, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities
Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
Pack and label products according to standard operating procedures
Operate manual pallet jacks or forklifts (with certification) to move inventory
Use inventory management systems or handheld scanners to track stock
Receive incoming stock and restock shelves as needed
Maintain clean and organized warehouse space
Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times
Assist with regular inventory counts and cycle checks
Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ year of warehouse or fulfillment experience a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
Familiarity with warehouse software or barcode scanners is a plus
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Certification to operate a forklift (or willingness to obtain one)
Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Preferred qualifications:
Familiarity with customer care tiers and escalated support workflows.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
