Senior Sales Representative – Ladies’ Apparel (Off-Price Division)

About Us:

We are a fast-growing multi-label fashion house specializing in

junior, missy, and contemporary women’s apparel

for the

off-price retail market . Our collections are sold nationwide to leading retailers including

Burlington, Ross, TJX, Macy’s Backstage, Bealls, and Rainbow . We design and produce trend-right, volume-driven fashion across all categories backed by strong in-house design, sourcing, and production teams. Position Overview:

We are seeking a

Senior Sales Representative

with current, active relationships across the

off-price apparel market . This individual must already be working with (or recently have worked with)

major off-price players

and have a proven record of success managing multi-million-dollar accounts. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows the off-price business inside and out, understands the market cycle, and can drive major growth through strong buyer relationships and product strategy. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow key off-price accounts such as

Burlington, Ross, TJX, Macy’s Backstage, Beall's, Rainbow , and others. Leverage existing buyer relationships to expand programs and open new doors. Present seasonal collections and core programs with deep product and market knowledge. Partner with design and production teams to ensure competitive pricing, strong margin targets, and timely delivery. Negotiate costs, deliveries, and program details with buyers. Analyze sell-through and performance to identify new growth opportunities. Attend trade shows, market weeks, and in-store visits to maintain a pulse on trends and competitors. Requirements:

7–10 years of experience

in

ladies’ apparel wholesale , focused on the

off-price retail channel . Active and current contacts

with major off-price buyers (Burlington, Ross, TJX, etc.) — required. Strong understanding of pricing, margin structure, and trend/product development. Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key accounts. Excellent presentation, communication, and follow-up skills. Highly organized, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits:
