The Crew Foreman is responsible for supervising crews installing storm drains, culverts, and structural concrete, coordinating activities, managing equipment and materials, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining effective communication with project leadership.

Supervise and coordinate crews installing

storm drainage systems

and performing

structural concrete work .

Ensure compliance with

project plans, specifications, and safety regulations .

Manage daily tasks including

crew assignments , quality assurance, and productivity tracking.

Operate and oversee operation of

construction equipment , coordinating material deliveries and equipment maintenance.

Maintain accurate

daily records and reports

on crew activities, labor hours, material usage, and units completed..

Conduct

safety briefings and inspections

to ensure site and equipment safety.

Job Requirements

5+ years experience

in heavy-civil construction, including storm drainage and structural concrete.

Minimum 2 years

supervisory or lead crew experience preferred.

Ability to interpret

project plans and specifications .

Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Valid driver’s license

and clean driving record.

Valid email address

for communication.

Pass a

pre‑employment drug screening .

Ability to work extended hours, including early starts, weekends, and varying weather conditions.

Physically able to perform tasks requiring lifting (up to 50 lbs.), bending, climbing, and standing for long periods.
