As the Reverse Mortgage Manager, I’m personally looking to grow our origination team with individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and want to be part of something bigger. If you’re serious about growth, compensation, and becoming a top producer, let’s talk.
What You’ll Do:
Originate residential mortgage loans including conventional, FHA, VA, reverse mortgages, and non-QM products
Manage the full loan process from application to close with the support of our processing team
Build and maintain strong referral partner relationships (realtors, brokers, financial advisors)
Educate borrowers and ensure a smooth, transparent client experience
Meet or exceed monthly production goals

Who We’re Looking For:
Licensed MLO with NMLS credentials (required)
1+ year of mortgage origination experience (open to ambitious newcomers)
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Self-starter mindset with strong follow-through
Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
Bilingual a plus (especially Spanish)
