Investment Property Realty Group ( IPRG ) is a NY/NJ based Commercial Real Estate Firm focused on the sale of Investment Properties between $1mm and $50mm.

We are actively seeking ambitious, motivated, and team-oriented sales professionals for our Investment Sales Associate positions.

The Investment Sales Associate will be a strong, supporting member of the firm’s growing team assisting and working alongside senior brokers while building their own book of business. This is an unparalleled opportunity to learn the Commercial Real Estate business from ground up.

The Investment Sales Associate Will:

Originate, execute and manage the process of exclusive listings.

Be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with property owners and deliver exceptional execution for exclusive listings in New Jersey

Represent principals in acquisitions and dispositions of real property assets

Identify new opportunities by prospecting and generating new business

Participate and support transaction team during marketing campaign

Learn from senior management in day to day sales activities including hands‑on training

Develop in depth understanding of market dynamics, values, and trends

Desired Skills & Experience:

0-2 years experience in Real Estate

Desire to work in investment sales and NJ Real Estate

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Be able to work collaboratively and independently

Must embrace business development calling

Must have basic understanding with commercial real estate financial metrics

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook

Must have or able to obtain a New York State Real Estate Salesperson License

Commission Based Compensation:

This is a 100% commission only role. We operate under team structures with favorable commission splits.
