Position Summary The primary function of the Associate is to assist with the marketing of exclusive commercial property listings. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining relationships with investment property owners, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing expertise within the New York City commercial real estate market.
The individual selected for this role must be highly detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset, capable of succeeding in a sales-driven environment, and able to remain composed under pressure while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

Assist with commercial real estate transactions on behalf of private clients and institutional owners
Build and maintain relationships with investment property owners
Develop a comprehensive understanding of real estate fundamentals, value drivers, market trends, and comparable sales within the NYC market
Utilize the firm’s CRM database to build and maintain a sales pipeline
Procure leads through networking, phone outreach, and canvassing
Collaborate with research and sales support teams
Work closely with senior brokers and partners to expand market expertise and generate new business
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required (Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or other business-related fields preferred)
0–5 years of experience in sales or service-oriented roles; commercial real estate experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to source and cultivate long-term client relationships
Track record of performance development through metrics, goal attainment, and peer feedback
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to effectively utilize CRM systems as part of a business development model
Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to execute telesales outreach
Real estate license (or willingness to obtain)
