Job Description Facilities Technician

– Full time contract, contract to hire. Duration: 12 months. Location: Londonderry, NH 03053 (Onsite / 1st shift).

Responsibilities:

Moving production benches and office furniture.

Complete setup and teardown for events and meetings.

Escort vendors who perform onsite work.

Conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work as necessary.

Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.

Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Performing on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration.

Handling basic, non‑complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher‑level technicians.

Using experience and technical skills with preventative maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements.

Advising manager of preventative maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.

Ideal candidate will:

High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3‑5 years of prior relevant experience in facilities maintenance or a related trade (e.g., electrician, plumber, HVAC technician).

Perform on‑site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration.

Handle basic, non‑complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher‑level technicians.

Preferred Skills:

HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Carpentry

HAZMAT

Flooring Specialist (installation and inspection of flooring)

Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $26 – $28 per hour.
