What You'll Do:
Prospect new leads via door-to-door, calls, and networking with adjusters
Guide homeowners through insurance claims after roof/storm damage
Conduct roof inspections and storm assessments (ladder work required)
Build rapport, present options, and
close deals with confidence
Keep accurate notes and files in our CRM system
Maintain ongoing communication with clients from inspection to install
What You Bring:
Experience in roofing, insurance restoration, or home improvement sales (preferred)
Familiarity with insurance claims and adjuster communications
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
MHIC Sales License
(or willingness to obtain)
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
