We are seeking a visionary and experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction of our modern Latin restaurant, where tradition meets innovation. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with deep knowledge of Latin American cuisine, a passion for bold flavors, and a proven track record of excellence in high-volume, upscale kitchens.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee all back-of-house operations, including prep, service, and execution.
Lead menu development that is creative, seasonal, and culturally authentic.
Manage and mentor the culinary team to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
Control food and labor costs while maximizing efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Build strong relationships with local purveyors and source high-quality ingredients.
Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house leadership to create a seamless guest experience.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of executive chef experience
in a high-volume, upscale environment.
Expertise in Latin American cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
A strong culinary vision and the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
Experience managing kitchen budgets, food costing, and inventory control.
High attention to detail with a creative and disciplined approach to menu planning.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Requirements:
Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
ServSafe Manager certification or equivalent required.
