We provide an unwavering commitment to company culture and amazing service to clients.THIS IS THE POSITION FOR YOU IF:* You are trustworthy, honest, respectful, accountable and reliable* You enjoy teaching and coaching others* A proven leader and manager with the ability to motivate others* Able to plan, see the “big picture” and prioritize* A lifelong learner motivated to continue to learn and grow* You feel like technology can enhance the client experience* You want to grow with a company long-term* Supervise and work along-side of field crews and give them guidance, when needed* Participate in pre-construction meetings and coordinating projects with Project Manager* Using technology to update project schedules, provide daily logs to clients and process purchase orders for materials and subcontractors* Notify trade partners of project schedule forecast and update regularly as project progresses* Maintain a clean, safe work environment, including OSHA requirements* Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met* Hire subcontractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities* Review job tracking on a regular basis and analyze any deficiencies* Create list of project materials to be ordered* Schedule inspections, as needed#### RequirementsABILITIES YOU MUST BRING TO THE TABLE:* Expert-level, hands-on experience with modified bitumen and single-ply systems* Proficient in technology-based applications* Strong organizational skills* Ability to prioritize time and project needs* Ability to interface well with work crews* Ability to adapt to change in order to meet project goals/deadlines* Must be bilingual: English and Spanish #J-18808-Ljbffr
