Position Overview: RCL Development Inc. is seeking a
dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Superintendent
to oversee luxury residential construction projects in the Rosemary Beach area. In this role, you will manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for high-end residential construction.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee all phases of luxury residential construction, from site preparation to final inspections.
Schedule Coordination:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Team Leadership:
Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel, providing guidance and resolving issues as they arise.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular site inspections to uphold the highest construction standards and compliance with codes.
Safety Compliance:
Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, reports, material logs, and change orders.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Residential Superintendent or in a similar luxury home construction role.
Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams with exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with clients, architects, and teams.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred: OSHA certification or similar safety training.
