to join our team at Ft. Gordon, GA. As a subsidiary of Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH), we are dedicated to providing exceptional leadership and coordination to ensure the successful completion of projects. Job Duties
Complete ownership of the schedule and subcontractor management Progress reviews with the owner Billing percentage reviews with the owner Coordinating with the site safety and quality control managers Site access for subcontractors Daily reports Building and maintaining the project schedule RFIs Inspections Hazard identification Review plans and specifications Compliance and other duties as necessary Project Scope of Work
Complete roof replacement including lightning protection and minor electrical/mechanical work. Minimum Required Certifications / Education
10 years experience in construction Experience managing Government projects Experience with RMS Proficient with Word, Excel, PDF Experience with Procore Can pass a background check Familiar with P6 or Microsoft Projects scheduling tools $125,000 - $135,000 DOE About Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC
