What You’ll Do As our BIM Specialist, you’ll manage and optimize Revit models and Autodesk Construction Cloud environments, ensuring seamless collaboration and high‑performance BIM workflows. This role is about execution, technical expertise, and leadership—bridging technical precision with project success.
Pay Range:
$30–$60 per hour (DOE), FLSA non‑exempt (OT eligible).
Here’s What You’ll Take On
Model Management & Optimization
Oversee Revit model maintenance throughout project lifecycles, ensuring integrity, cleanliness, and performance optimization.
Conduct regular model audits to identify and resolve errors, file bloat, and performance bottlenecks.
Implement and maintain company standards, templates, and workflows within Revit and ACC to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Administration
Manage setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ACC project environments, including file structures, permissions, and versioning.
Support collaborative BIM workflows, ensuring smooth integration of models, worksets, and linked files across project teams.
Monitor and enhance ACC security and collaboration tools to align with project requirements and company standards.
Technical Support & Collaboration
Act as a proactive liaison between BIM teams, project managers, and designers, translating project needs into effective BIM solutions.
Provide technical support, training, and best‑practice guidance to project teams on Revit and ACC workflows.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings, supporting clash detection, model reviews, and project deliverables as needed.
Innovation & Process Improvement
Leverage third‑party tools, plugins, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI or automation) to enhance Revit/ACC efficiency.
Stay ahead of Autodesk software updates and industry trends to continuously improve BIM workflows.
Streamline processes to ensure organized, responsive, and high‑quality BIM operations in a fast‑paced environment.
Project Execution & Stakeholder Alignment
Assist with Revit file setup, including work‑sharing, linking, and view templates, to support project teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align model requirements with project scopes and deliverables.
Deliver measurable results on time, ensuring BIM workflows drive operational success and meet project deadlines.
What You Bring
Experience:
3–5 years in Revit model management and Autodesk Construction Cloud administration, ideally in construction, architecture, or engineering industries.
Skills:
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP (worksets, linked models, optimization) and ACC (model sharing, permissions, versioning). Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
Mindset:
Proactive and strategic, with a knack for collaboration, process improvement, and driving tech adoption in a team‑oriented environment.
Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with Navisworks, clash detection, and third‑party BIM tools. Bonus points for experience with AI or automation in BIM workflows.
Education:
Associate degree in Construction Technology, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Certifications in Revit MEP or ACC preferred.
Physical Requirements This office‑based role involves sitting at a computer for extended periods, with occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds. You’ll need strong manual dexterity, hand‑eye coordination, and clear communication skills for technical support and collaboration.
