Responsibilities
Recruit, mentor, and train new and experienced real estate agents
Provide ongoing guidance to help team members grow production and reach their goals
Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for growth and retention
Support agents with transaction guidance, contracts, and compliance questions
Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and collaboration within your team
Leverage company resources, tools, and systems to help agents succeed
Qualifications
Superb customer service and communication skills
The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high‑performing real estate agents
Active Michigan real estate license required and/or willingness to obtain broker's license
Previous experience in sales, team leadership, or brokerage support
Strong track record of production and knowledge of local real estate market
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop agents at different career stages
Organized and resourceful with a focus on long term growth
Compensation $140,000 per year
