Akkodis is seeking a QA Consultant for a Contract job with a client in Kennesaw, GA (Hybrid). Responsibilities include testing Data Analytics applications, coordinating efforts with offshore teams, executing automation test cases, and reporting daily progress during Scrum ceremonies.
Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
QA Consultant job responsibilities include:
Testing Data Analytics applications and databases to ensure quality and functionality.
Coordinating with offshore testers, developers, and Scrum Masters to meet testing deliverables.
Executing automation test cases and converting requirements into test cases.
Participating in the creation, execution, and maintenance of test plans and test scripts within qTest.
Communicating daily progress and status updates to stakeholders.
Attending Scrum ceremonies and collaborating with upstream and downstream teams.
Performing API testing, mobile testing, and SQL database testing.
Generating test metrics and reports to track progress and quality.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7-10 years in Automation and Manual Testing, with experience in Agile environments.
Strong expertise in Oracle SQL/PLSQL and HiveQL.
Experience with Hadoop, ETL/Database testing, and tools like qTest/ALM Octane.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
