Follow directions from higher-ranking personnel. Collaborate effectively with the crew. Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance. Perform physically demanding outdoor labor. Prioritize safety and learn new skills. Execute orders with Service, Quality, and Character. Qualifications: Previous experience in landscape construction or similar is required. Must possess a California Driver's License with a clean driving record. Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and wiring preferred. Familiarity with planting trees and shrubs. Understanding of subsurface and surface drainage. Intermediate understanding of landscape construction steps. Salary and Benefits: Full-Time Competitive hourly rate at $20.00 - $29.00 based on experience.
