Sales Manager About the Role
We’re hiring B2C Advisors to guide travelers, expats, and digital shoppers through the cross-border insurance process. You’ll handle inbound quotes, clarify policy coverage, and provide trustworthy recommendations. No cold calling — just high-quality leads and a meaningful mission. Respond to inbound quote requests via phone, chat, and email Educate clients about coverage options and legal requirements Support online transactions and resolve minor service issues Follow up with open quotes and expiring policies Document interactions and maintain CRM records 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone manner Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment Insurance license or experience is a strong plus (training provided) Performance bonuses and commissions (OTE up to $70,000) Paid training, PTO, and internal growth opportunities Bilingual bonus, remote setup stipend (if applicable)
