Join Comparion Insurance Agency as a Licensed Sales Agent in Huntersville, NC. This in‑office, client‑facing role focuses on building strong local relationships and in‑person relationship building in the community. You must hold active Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses prior to employment.

Pay Details
Typical training salary: $50k–$60k.
Base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions provide total first‑year compensation ranging from $55k–$75k.
Potential for top performers to earn over $100k in their first year.

Qualifications
Required Skills : Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills; well‑developed persuasion and negotiation skills; great interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers; effective time management and organizational skills; ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines; familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base.
Preferred Experience : Previous employment in a sales role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers; state insurance license (or willing to obtain prior to starting in Property & Casualty and Life).
