Role Overview We’re hiring a GTM Recruiter to build world‑class Sales and Customer Success pipelines during a period of rapid enterprise expansion. In this role you’ll partner with executive leadership to define role profiles, own end‑to‑end hiring for revenue‑generating teams, and elevate the level of commercial talent joining Valence.

What You’ll Do

Lead full‑cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, and GTM operations roles.

Partner with GTM leadership to shape hiring strategy and create precise, high‑signal evaluation processes.

Source and engage candidates who understand enterprise AI, complex solution selling, and global customer workflows.

Manage a rigorous, data‑driven approach to pipeline health, time‑to‑hire, and quality‑of‑hire.

Ensure every candidate has a clear, selective, high‑touch experience aligned with Valence’s bar for excellence.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of recruiting experience, with significant exposure to Sales and/or Customer Success hiring in fast‑growing organizations.

Demonstrated ability to hire senior ICs and managers for revenue‑generating teams.

Strong sourcing capability and comfort navigating competitive GTM talent markets.

Ability to partner directly with leadership and influence hiring decisions with clarity and data.

Self‑motivated, adaptable, and resilient. Highly motivated and self‑driven, with a strong desire to exceed expectations.

Willingness to embrace challenges, experiment and continuously learn through high‑quality feedback and new workstreams.

Location and Work Environment This role is 3 days a week (Tuesday – Thursday) minimum in the office in Union Square. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones (UK) and have valid travel documents without work‑authorization restrictions in the US.
