Job Overview Tri-Tech Construction Services Inc. is hiring a Carpenter Foreman to lead field operations on commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned carpenter with the ability to manage crews while delivering high-quality craftsmanship. If you're experienced in layout, framing, finish carpentry, and have the leadership skills to guide a team, this is your opportunity to step into a pivotal role on complex, rewarding projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise carpentry crews on commercial construction job sites
Coordinate daily work plans and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently
Perform and oversee installation of:
Metal stud and wood framing
Doors, hardware, casework, and trim
Ceiling grid and tile systems
Toilet and bath accessories
Interpret and work from blueprints and construction drawings
Lay out walls and partitions per project specs
Communicate with project managers and other trades to ensure smooth site operations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Use construction management software (e.g., Procore or similar) for daily reporting and documentation
Qualifications
8+ years of commercial construction carpentry experience
Proven leadership experience as a foreman or lead carpenter
Proficient in blueprint reading and layout work
Skilled in both rough and finish carpentry
Knowledge of construction software platforms (such as Procore) preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to speak and understand English
Ability to lead a team and maintain productivity under tight deadlines
Valid driver's license required
High school diploma or GED preferred
