Press Brake Operator
role in Marion. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain press brake machinery with precision and efficiency. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machine setup and material requirements. Utilize CNC controls to program, adjust, and fine-tune machine settings for optimal output. Inspect completed parts for accuracy and quality, using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers. Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure consistent product quality. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and solve operational challenges. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area in accordance with safety and quality standards. Document production processes, material usage, and inspection results as required. Report any equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety issues in a timely manner. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining or fabrication preferred. Proven experience operating press brake machinery, especially with CNC controls. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Capable of lifting up to 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods in a manufacturing environment. Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work swing shifts, including occasional overtime as needed. What We Offer
