Black Hills Harley Davidson is looking for a highly advanced Motorcycle Technician. Responsibilities: Handle advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and troubleshoot a wide range of motorcycle issues. Accept work assignments from Service Writer / Manager. Request parts early when needs are identified. Perform service, repair, and customization work according to factory specifications. Complete repairs within scheduled timeframes. Maintain productivity close to 100% of billable hours. Notify Service Writer / Manager of additional work or delays to keep customers informed. Assist with writing work orders, communicating with customers, test riding, or other tasks to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure proper paperwork filing upon repair completion. Keep work area clean and support shop cleanliness efforts. Maintain technical qualifications through training programs as assigned. What we offer: Full benefits: health, dental, vision, and 401k.
