We are seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Bradenton, Florida. As an HVAC Installer, you will play a critical role in installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
Follow detailed installation instructions to install HVAC systems according to specifications
Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections to ensure 100% functionality
Troubleshoot and solve installation issues as they arise
Maintain respectful and professional communication with customers
Participate in regular safety trainings and adhere to safety guidelines
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely project completion
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
EPA certification
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and installation manuals
Strong problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
