Cabinet Installer
to join our residential construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately assembling, installing, and finishing cabinets and related fixtures in residential properties. Key Responsibilities:
Measure, assemble, and install cabinets, shelves, and other built-in furniture according to blueprints and design specifications.
Ensure precise alignment, leveling, and secure fastening of cabinetry.
Inspect materials and finished installations to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and construction teams to meet deadlines.
Handle and operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with homeowners or clients.
Identify and report any issues or discrepancies in materials or plans promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in cabinet installation, woodworking, or related residential construction work.
Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in cabinet assembly and installation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions.
Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good communication skills for effective team collaboration and client interaction.
Valid driver's license may be required for travel to job sites.
Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on experience as a cabinet installer, carpenter, or in a similar construction role.
Experience in residential construction projects is highly preferred.
Working Hours:
Full‑time position with standard residential construction hours, typically
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM .
Flexibility to work occasional weekends or extended hours as project deadlines demand.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Deep understanding of cabinet materials, hardware, and installation techniques.
Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills for on‑site adjustments.
Ability to lift and handle heavy materials safely.
