Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cabinet Installer/Finish Carpenter located in Portland, OR. The cabinet installer/finish carpenter will be responsible for the installation, repair, and finishing of custom cabinetry and millwork. Daily responsibilities include interpreting design specifications, preparing and assembling materials, ensuring accurate installation, and delivering high‑quality craftsmanship that meets company standards. The role also involves ensuring site safety, collaborating with team members, and maintaining tools and equipment.
Qualifications
Proficiency in woodwork, cabinet installation, and finish carpentry
Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Experience with tools and equipment commonly used in woodworking and carpentry
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality finishes
Basic problem‑solving skills and innovative thinking to overcome installation challenges
Capability to work on‑site and effectively collaborate with team members or clients as required
Driver's license and reliable transportation to the worksite
Previous experience in cabinetry or millwork installation/distribution; relevant certifications are a plus
