Job Summary
The Senior CAD Drafter will lead in the support of NTS Engineering and process facilities with sustainable CAD drafting and drawing/design management activities along with supporting engineering project needs across the company. Key Responsibilities
Work with engineers and sales staff to develop complex and expert level engineering plans and sales drawings. Prepare drawings from rough sketches, notes, marked‑up prints, written or verbal instructions using CAD and other design software. Translate existing plans into NTS formats. Develop new drawing methods and processes. Knowledge and Skills
Expert in AutoCAD and Revit. Expert knowledge of NTS equipment. Proficient at researching current CAD practice. Basic knowledge of OSHA and applicable state and local requirements related to trench and excavation shoring and shielding. Qualifications
High school diploma; associate or technical degree preferred. Minimum five years’ experience as a CAD drafter, preferably in the construction equipment industry. Benefits
