CNC Machine Operator Lathe/Mill Machinist – Saginaw, TX

Lathe/Mill Machinist
skilled in operating and setting up
manual and/or CNC machines , who takes pride in producing high-quality precision parts.
Pay & Schedule:
Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday
Starting at $22–$23 per hour
(based on experience)
Weekly Pay
Quarterly Bonuses
for production and attendance
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain manual and CNC lathes or milling machines
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
Select proper tooling, materials, and machine settings for each job
Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
Perform machine maintenance and maintain an organized workspace
Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience operating
lathes and/or milling machines
(manual or CNC)
Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials, and tooling
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Skilled in using precision measuring instruments
Basic understanding of G-code or CNC programming preferred
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
