Rons Repairs is looking for a reliable and motivated Remodel Carpenter to support our field operations team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of residential remodeling projects, from demolition through finishes. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, is eager to learn, and can listen and follow directions with professionalism. We do a wide range of work. We have onsite training to teach the right candidate from rough framing, finish carpentry, to electrical and plumbing. We do it all! Assist with residential remodeling projects, including framing, drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, tiling, and finish work Listen and follow instructions and respond professionally to feedback from lead carpenters and supervisors Maintain a clean and organized work area Practice proper tool usage and jobsite safety procedures Demonstrate a commitment to craftsmanship and quality in every task Show initiative, dependability, and eagerness to learn new skills Communicate effectively with team members and homeowners when needed Comfortable working up high at times Qualifications
3 years of experience in remodeling or general carpentry preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions Positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to grow Dependable and professional in appearance and conduct Ability to lift materials and perform physical labor Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to work independently Basic hand tools required (hammer, tape measure, etc.) Schedule
Full-Time Monday-Friday Occasional overtime based on project demand Location
