We are seeking an experienced Driller to support our environmental and geotechnical drilling programs in Western New York (Buffalo Area). full‑time position requires experience with soil sampling, installation of various size groundwater monitoring and recovery wells, rock coring, air & mud rotary and geotechnical drilling.
Responsibilities
truck or track mounted drill rig or Geoprobe
Routine maintenance and minor mechanical repairs of tooling and equipment
Other non‑drilling related technical or mechanical task such as treatment system installation and maintenance activities or groundwater sampling
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience as lead driller on truck or track‑mounted rotary drill rig.
Commercial Driver License (CDL) with clean driving record and ability to pass a drug test
40‑hour HAZWOPER training required
Ability to travel
OSHA 10‑hour or 30‑hour construction safety training are preferred but not required
Ability to weld a plus
Experience with operation of heavy equipment (e.g., excavator, bulldozer, etc.) a plus
Salary Range: $30‑$40/hour
