is seeking a driven, customer-focused
BDC Representative
to support our sales and service teams. We are seeking candidates who are bilingual, with full proficiency in reading and writing both Spanish and English. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers—handling inbound inquiries, making follow-up calls, scheduling appointments, and helping drive traffic to our showroom. This is an on‑site position. Weekly scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM. Salary + Commission.

Responsibilities
Respond to inbound internet leads, phone calls, and messages promptly and professionally
Schedule sales or service appointments with potential and existing customers
Conduct follow‑up communication to nurture leads and ensure a positive experience
Accurately record customer information and communication in CRM system
Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless handoff
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or dealership BDC preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional phone etiquette and written communication
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency with CRM systems is a plus
Bilingual a plus
