Trainee Lube Technician
Mission: Develop and master technical skills to achieve Flat Rate Lube Technician Status Timeline: 90 Days -- Trainee Lube Technician may "graduate" to a Flat Rate Lube Technician prior to 90 days Compensation: $15/clock hour 40 clock hours = 40 X $15 = $515/week 50 clock hours = (40 X $15) + (10 X $22.50) = $825/week
Flat Rate Lube Technician
Mission: 100% Fixed Right First Time (FRFT) and develop maintenance skillset Timeline: Indefinite Compensation: $16/flat rate hour 40 Flat Rate Hours (FRH) = $640/week 50 FRH = $800/week 60 FRH = $960/week Requirements for Apprentice Technician: 1 State Certification Complete Manufacturer entry training level Quality work Timely/efficient process
Apprentice Technician
Mission: Hands-on experience with expert ASAP Line Technician and complete State and Manufacturer Certifications Timeline: 2 Year Compensation: $42,500 Salary Requirements for Line Technician

100% Fixed Right First Time Execute Multi Point Inspection Clean and test drive vehicle
Efficiency – perform repairs in a timely manner Ongoing Training (OEM + State Certifications) Benefits
