We are looking for a Construction laborer who can handle some simple carpentry tasks, from framing to finishing. The schedule will be varied, part-time to full-time depending on the week and workload.
Key Responsibilities:
Simple carpentry tasks, including framing, cabinetry, trim work, and installations.
Operate hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
Assist in other general job site labor and clean up
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety policies.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1+ years of carpentry experience, including experience with both framing and finish carpentry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Previous knowledge of carpentry tools, techniques, and materials.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Reliable transportation to job sites in Portland and surrounding areas.
Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay: $20 - $25 per hour based on experience
