Mauricio's Italian Restaurant in Cookeville, TN is looking for one part-time line cook/ cook/ prep to join our 15-person strong team. We are located on 232 N. Peachtree Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working. Our shifts consist of Tuesday thru Friday 9:30am to 2pm and 3:30pm to 9:30pm. Saturdays are from 2pm to 10pm. This position is for approximately 20-35 hrs. per week. Average pay for this position is 22,000 to 25,000. Starting pay is 22,000.00 annually. We have one position open. Responsibilities
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation. Serve Salad, Bread and Desserts Clean up station and take care of leftover food Clean and stock pans/dishes Cook appetizers Qualifications
Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred but not required Able to meet all scheduling commitments Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs Strong attention to detail Being prompt for scheduled shifts We are looking forward to receiving your application.
