Tessera is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic/EVT II to maintain and repair a wide range of heavy machinery and emergency service vehicles. In this role, you will diagnose malfunctions, rebuild engines and power systems, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. This position requires advanced technical expertise, welding and fabrication skills, and a higher level of certification than Heavy Mechanic Level I.**Typical duties include but are not limited to:** Train employees on job tasks and assignments to ensure complete understanding of work assigned.

A combination of education and experience can be considered. Ability to read, understand, and follow technical manuals to ensure proper diagnosis and repair.
Ability to read and troubleshoot repairs on brakes, suspensions, wheels, hubs, and steering systems. **Physical Requirements:** Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.
May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.**Requirements:**
