Hourly 18 | H-18

Position Summary:
Complete all assigned work orders promptly. Report labor, costs, and relevant notes daily to your foreperson.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Current state mechanical journeyperson license
Current EPA certification
Thorough understanding of city codes and EPA regulations
Extensive knowledge of HVAC control systems, boilers, and heating equipment
Experience:
At least 5 years of HVAC maintenance experience
Ability to perform routine preventative maintenance
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally lift over 50 lbs
Climb ladders and scaffolds
Other Skills:
Willingness to learn Microsoft Office and Google Office Suites
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
