The candidate will interface with other Intelligence Community (IC) members, including both U.S. and foreign partners, and DoD agencies, within and external to MSIC in support of production activities.**Job Duties*** Perform all-source analysis and support for Denial & Deception with an emphasis on signature analysis.* Support DIA production including DID Shorts/longs, and NKB Inputs.* Support continued efforts to catalogue and correlate items of interest in coordination with mission partners* Prepare and present briefings on Government selected studies, models, or analyses associated with this effort to various intelligence organizations, committees, or panels as defined by the Government* Prepare documents, reports, and studies which pertain to Government selected topics of interest* Exercise support of Denial & Deception events.**Required Skills and Qualifications*** Active TS/SCI clearance* Minimum of 2 years’ experience is required* Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate successfully with other internal and external stakeholders* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to succinctly describe complex technical scenarios in simple, easily understood terms* Strong analytic, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills**Highly Desired*** Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another relevant technical field)**Desired Skills and Qualifications*** Experience supporting US Government Scientific & Technology Intelligence Centers* Experience supporting Imagery analysis and understanding* Understanding of radar and SAM systemsEOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled**Employee-Ownership****Our Culture**Radiance’s culture is driven by our commitment to our customers and our employee-owners.
