Assemble wood cabinets from engineering drawings utilizing a variety of tools and equipment Installation and fabrication of cabinet components and hardware Assist in training cabinet makers at all skill levels Laminate cabinets and panels as needed Meet all QA and QC standards for each task Function with minimal supervision Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships Maintain adherence to safety and 5S standards Promote use and application of Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement tools as part of the culture Be compliant with the rules of conduct and attendance per company handbook Other duties as requested, directed or assigned Qualifications/Training

Ability to read, write, comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layout and other written or verbal instructions presented in English Ability to read and use a linear and other measuring devices Familiar with various tools; drills, screw gun, table saw, band saw and router Ability to use basic mathematics Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards Ability to recognize quality and reproduce it Physical Demands

The pay scale for newly hired employees in this position at this location in California is between $17.54 - $22.13. This is based on meeting all of the requirements of the role. The base pay offered for the role may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We offer competitive benefits in addition to pay.
