Nature's Way Shift: 2pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day facility upkeep, including manufacturing/distribution equipment repair and preventative maintenance to keep facilities and equipment in top condition. Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, HVAC and electrical/electronic equipment. Suggest cost-saving upgrades to equipment and changes to improve performance. Assist with development and maintenance of SOPs and the Preventative Maintenance program. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams regarding maintenance projects and requests. Maintain and repair office furniture and equipment. Assist with general facility maintenance including snow removal, sidewalk maintenance, and lighting replacement. Complete maintenance work orders by requested due dates. Source and order parts and supplies when needed. Perform all maintenance related duties as assigned. Requirements
