Position Overview
Williams offers cutting‑edge solutions for commercial and residential HVAC projects, including installations, repair, and ongoing performance monitoring. We have been in the business for over 40 years and are growing strong with a full‑service plumbing department, HVAC department, in‑house fabrication shop, and mechanical engineering department utilizing the latest virtual design technology. We are currently hiring HVAC Installers to join our team in beautiful Missoula, Montana, surrounded by outdoor adventures.
Responsibilities This position will work with a variety of HVAC systems, both new construction and retrofit installations for residential and commercial clients. It requires well‑rounded installation abilities—including HVAC equipment, controls, ductwork, and other sheet‑metal components.
Qualifications / What We Are Looking For
Experience installing HVAC systems for high‑end custom residential and commercial clients
Strong communication skills, flexible mindset, and a friendly attitude
Detail‑oriented and proficient in reading mechanical drawings
Desire and drive to excel in a fast‑paced and professional work environment
Well organized with ability to work independently under deadline
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
