Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently, following dealership policies Test components and systems using diagnostic tools; test drive vehicles Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems Communicate with Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services needed; complete online multi-point inspection reports Execute repairs under warranty according to manufacturer specifications REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience as an auto technician is recommended but not required Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Valid driver’s license Some tools required Additional Details:
