The PCP/Endo Business Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing a plan to maximize net sales of BIPI and co‑promoted diabetes products, aligning with BIPI commercial leadership and BIPI guidelines, policies, and directives. The role focuses on targeted healthcare providers, community hospitals, teaching hospitals, federal and military hospitals, managed health care facilities, group purchasing organizations, and integrated delivery networks.

Responsibilities
Utilize product knowledge and sales skills to influence healthcare professionals and support the use of BIPI‑promoted diabetes products. Execute brand strategies to ensure consistent sales and marketing messages to customers. Establish and maintain effective communication with co‑promotion partners and BIPI employees. Prepare pre‑call plans and conduct discussions that address customer needs and opportunities. Engage customers in comprehensive discussions on payer environment, co‑pays, and formulary access, working with Managed Care Area Managers to sustain product support on MCO formularies. Analyze qualitative and quantitative territory information to optimize territory business plans and customer calls. Develop plans to allocate key resources (samples, co‑pay cards, speaker program funding) and adjust implementation plans regularly. Identify thought leaders, innovators, and advocates to support BIPI products. Work effectively with all customer‑facing roles to meet customer needs and deliver net sales objectives. Perform all company business in accordance with all regulations and company policy. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of two (2) years of successful sales and/or marketing experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, pharmacy, B2B, or customer engagement services. Preferred experience in the diabetes therapeutic area. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and database applications. Ability to travel, including overnight travel. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Physical demands include daily travel and lifting up to 40 lbs. Benefits
